Diving into nature
An unforgettable getaway to connect with nature and experience unique moments that will forever remain engraved in your memory. Includes: accommodation for 3 nights, tickets to the museums of Mula, a wine tourism experience in Bullas and a visit to the Wine Museum, an exclusive hiking route in the heart of Territorio Sierra Espuña, dinner reservations at a restaurant in Mula, exclusive caving initiation session in the Cueva del Chutal in Alhama de Murcia, reservations for lunch at a restaurant in Totana.
Day 1 Discover Mula and Bullas.
The adventure begins in Mula, where you will stay for the entire getaway. After settling in, enjoy a guided walk through the historic centre and visit the City Museum of Mula, the Museum of El Cigarralejo, and the commanding Castillo de los Vélez, which offers privileged views of the region.
In the afternoon, we will head to Bullas to visit the Wine Museum, where you will learn about the local wine making tradition and enjoy a wine tasting at a prominent winery.
End the day with a relaxed dinner in a rural setting before returning to Mula.
Day 2 Hiking in Territorio Sierra Espuña and Aledo.
In the morning, a guide will take us to explore one of the most representative trails of Sierra Espuña: the Senda Los Azagadores or the Senda Lentiscos-Ballesteros, both ideal trails to connect with nature and admire the local flora and fauna.
After a nice picnic in the middle of nature (don’t forget to pack a picnic basket), we will go to Aledo, a charming medieval town where we will visit the Torre del Homenaje, a tower-keep, and the Sanctuary of Santa Eulalia, surrounded by history and tranquility.
The night will be perfect to enjoy the cuisine of Mula in a traditional restaurant, where we will reserve a table for you.
DAY 3 Underground adventure and Alhama de Murcia.
Spend the day exploring Alhama de Murcia, a charming town. Get ready for an adrenaline- filled morning with an introductory spelunking activity in the Cueva del Chutal, where you will explore the underground world of this region. In the afternoon, an excellent option is to visit Alhama de Murcia.
Check out the Archaeological Museum of Los Baños, discover an ancient Roman spa, and have a nice stroll through the town’s historic centre. Then, it’s back to Mula for one last night of rest.
Day 4 Totana and farewell.
Pack your bags, because this on this last day it’s off to Totana, renowned for its artisan tradition. Stroll through the neighborhood of Las Ollerías, with its many ceramic workshops, and, of course, visit the Sanctuary of the Saint, an emblematic spot set like a jewel in a crown of natural splendour.
As a farewell, we will reserve a table for you at one of the restaurants in the town, so that you can make your way home on a good note, content and happy.
